I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at Stockholm University. 

In 2023, I obtained the title of docent in sociology at Uppsala University and in education at Stockholm University. 

My research investigates how careers, valuation, and education interact across various societal domains, with a focus on arts, sports, and politics.

In my project, "The Making of a Literary Career after the Debut," I created and used career databases and longitudinal interviews. I investigated the pattern within creative careers, where only a minority of artists continue in their careers after their debut (e.g., after the first book, first album, directorial debut, etc.).
